This little guy is from Flower Soft's Moments in Time stamp line - the set is called Best Fishes. I did my watercoloring with reinkers, and I attempted a little lake scene behind him as well, then stamped Porcelain Crackle (Impression Obsession) over the whole scene for a vintaged look. The little border I tucked in is cut with a Fiskars rotary cutter. I used teeny strips of paper to 'thread' my buttons... I did use Flower Soft on my card, but only a tiny bit - right at the 'splash' where his fishing line meets the water, there's a pinch of Polar White.
