A Very Merry Snow Globe

Hey Peeps!  Vicki created the cutest Christmas Snow Globes project.  It's so very, Merry!  ;)  Take a peek....

I love this.  The beautiful polka-dot ribbon is such a wonderful touch here adding such a nice dynamic to this beautiful scene.

This topper collection is one of my favorites.  The images are absolutely stunning.  They are colored so beautifully.  They make for some of the most beautiful Christmas cards.

The addition of Polar White is perfect and the Display Globe makes for the perfect shaker card.

Christmas Snow Globes - Take 2

I absolutely love the red paper with this scene.  It's just so stunning.  The scenery on the toppers is breathtaking.  Adding a bit of Polar White to a Display Globe creates a stunning shaker card.

Fall Shaker

For the Fall challenge I made a shaker card using Flower Soft's Display Globes and Aperture Cards. These display globes are super deep and allow for a lot of dimension inside. I thought this fun image from Eureka Stamps would be even more fun with a shakable pile of leaves, so I filled my globe with Autumn, Marigold, Earth, and Baby Pink Flower Soft, and some small leaf punchies.The Sentiment I used is from Impression Obsession. I stamped the leaves (Biblical Impressions) over the card, which I colored "direct to paper" using chalk inks. Here's a closer look at the shake-y stuff:

Spooky Sweets!

In my last DT goodie package, I received some Flower Soft Display Globes. My initial ideas for these fun containers were in keeping with a Christmas Theme, but as I was looking at these purple candy corn, I started to think that a sweet treat card might be fun!

The Display Globes come with an Aperture Template so that you can cut through any paper you wish. You can also purchase Premade Oval Aperture cards and envelopes, that are tri fold and ready for you to assemble quite quickly! If you've used these before, I would love to see some of your projects!
