Christmas tree pyramid

Finally getting a chance to play with the Christmas Tree Pyramids kit.... This is the outdoor tree, and there's also an indoor tree, full of decorations with tons of fun toys underneath! I love the simplicity of this one, and the card is so fun to put together! I used Polar White Flower Soft and glitter to decorate.
I'll share some stepped out photos next week so you can see more of the process of assembling these fun cards. Thanks for visiting!

Wedding Elegance

I was asked to create a wedding card for a friend. Using the Wildflower Die Cut Dimensions made this task quite simple.  I coupled the Die Cut Dimension elements along with Graphic 45, Once Upon a Springtime Collection Designer Paper.

I decided to decorate the interior of the card as well. Soft Sponging to the edges of the paper and to the flowers in the inside of the card add softness!!!!

Have a fabulous week!

Faux stitching

The current Sprinkle challenge over at the Flower Soft Forum (FSC34) is to use Flower Soft on your cards cards that feature stitching, real or faux. I created a little scene for Charlie (In the Air stamp set), and colored him in with Prismacolor pencils. I added some faux stitching with the perforating blade on my rotary cutter. I thought he might like to jump in his little puddle, so I added some Polar White Flower Soft for texture and a little extra splash. The sentiment I used is from The Cat's Pajamas.

If you'd like to join in on the Sprinkle challenge, pull out the Flower Soft - you might even win a prize! Post your project in the Splitcoast Gallery using the keywords flowersoft (one word) and FSC34. We'd love to have you join us!

Nice and Neutral!

I wanted to share my Stitching Challenge Card with you today. Unfortunately , my Sewing Machine went on the fritz and SO, I had to stitch without thread............ I also wanted to show you how you can simply use a FS topper, without and additional colour or product to complete a simple but elegant card. This topper can be found in the Charlies Ark Hearts and Flowers Collection

These toppers are also quite pretty with some subtle colouring or Flower Soft accents.

Happy Stamping!

Under the Canopy!!

I created this sweet country card using the Country Village Toppers.  To add some extra dimension, I added some ultrafine sand to the cobblestones on the walk and some Fuschia Flower Soft. Some striped Designer Paper with a punched scallop border allowed me to create the look of a canopy. The beaded lace adds an elegant touch I think. I really like how this card turned out. A country look with a touch of elegance!

Happy Sprinkling!

Autumn Accents

Flower Soft can add a seasonal touch to any image. For the card below, the bucket was stamped a second time and shaped. It's popped up with foam tape, and I tucked some Autumn Mix Flower Soft in the top. I'll have to try this image later with Polar White snow in the bucket for winter, and flowers in the bucket for Spring! (Spring Mix? Sweet Pea? Heather? Lavender?!)
All stamps are from Impression Obsession... they carry Flower Soft too! I used inkpads to color my background panel using a direct-to-paper technique, and the image was colored with Prismacolor pencils.

A few little flowers and some Flower Soft

This card is a bit on the simple side yet aren't those little flowers fun.
Flower Soft is the sponsor for this past week at Card Positioning Systems blog, so I used that sketch for the inspiration for my card.  I took a few of the little punch out flowers from the Die Cut Dimensions - Wild Flowers 2 set.  These sets are so easy to work with and the flowers are so pretty.  You get quite a few flowers in each set so I just used some of them for my card decoration.
I layered one of the flowers.  Most of the punch out flowers in this set have areas that are meant to be raised for added dimension, so I did that too. Notice the middles of the flowers have Flower Soft on them, the perfect way to add a little bit of elegance.  I put it all together with Scrap Dots by Helmar. This is a great product to use to get some added dimension.  The scallop circle piece and the leaves are cut with the Cricut, Home Decor cartridge.

Country Village Kit

Always seem to be in need of a thank you card... here was a quick one using Flower Soft products - the Cobblestone paper and the main image are part of the Country Village Papercraft Kit. (This kit is also available as a printable download.) I cut a frame using a Spellbinders die, added Lemon, Meadow, and Citrus Crush Flower Soft, and finished off the card with a satin bow and a sentiment from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. Quick and easy!
The current Sprinkle Challenge over at SCS is to create a rectangular card... if you'd like to join in on the challenge, pull out the Flower Soft - you might even win a prize! Post your project in the Splitcoast Gallery by using the keywords flowersoft (one word) and FSC33. We'd love to have you join us!

Peaceful Winter Tent Card

This card worked up very quick and easy as I used the newly released Flower Soft Christmas Snow Globe Kit. This kit is specifically designed to work with the Flower Soft Snow Globes, however I wanted to think of other creative ideas to use them!  After cutting out the pieces of the kit and assembling the card, I added Polar White Flower soft to the snowy areas on the trees.

You can find the tutorial for the Tent Fold card HERE on Splitcoast Stampers.  The only difference between this card and the Tutorial, is that I cut my cardstock at 12 inches by 4.25  inches. Wouldn't this be a pretty Christmas card to receive?

Happy Sprinkling!

Fluffy winter trim

On this card I used Polar White Flower Soft to fluff up the trim on these sweet Snow Angels. Speaking of white........ do you know about Ultra Fine White Flower Soft?!! It's available now in the UK, and will be in the US soon. Can't wait. All stamps are from Impression Obsession, dies from Spellbinders and Lifestyle Crafts. The image is colored with Touch Twin Markers.
